We have a responsibility to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services at christerls.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to offer a refund and replacement under the following conditions:
Online payment:
All returns and refunds must be processed within 30 days of receiving your purchase
support@christerls.com or apply from the Contact page.
Include your order number and reason for return or refund. Once approved, we will review your application and send you more emails.
Only purchases made on christerls.com can be returned or refunded. If you purchased from another site, please contact the retailer directly for a refund.
Returns must be in the original packaging and match the receipt. If the returned merchandise is in an unacceptable condition, it will be rejected.
We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns for personal reasons. Please consider carefully before ordering.
damaged product
If you receive a damaged product, please do not throw away the packaging. Contact us today at support@christerls.com. We will deal with it without hesitation. Must provide:
order number
fiscal receipt
Photos of packaging or damaged products
correct shipping address
We will replace the damaged item free of charge. However, an additional replacement fee will be charged for damages caused by the customer.
Refund processing time
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the item. We will also notify you if the return is approved or rejected. Once your request is approved, it will take 3-14 business days.
But your paying bank needs a different processing time to process your refund. If you have any questions about the timing of your refund, please contact your bank for details.
Change or cancel your order
If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will process your message once we receive it. Please note that orders that have already been placed cannot be changed or cancelled.
Cash payment on delivery:
If you are dissatisfied with the goods you received, you can apply for a return and refund using the information on the after-sales card, and you must provide relevant proof.
